30th years working Experience in social development in Lutheran World Service (India) International National Organization,
head quarter at Geneva. He is the Founder Member of the organization. He has been working in this organization as executive
Director since 2004. Mr. Ghosh formed this organization (KGNT) at the time he was giving service to Lutheran World Service.
He motivated to people and initiated towards establish the Organization by involving the local people who are poor and exploited.

Qualification –Bachelor of Social Work. He joined in this organization from the beginning of the organization as a
program secretary in the 2004. And also have 15 years working experience in Lutheran World Service (India) as social worker.

Qualification- B.com, Technical qualification PGDCA. He has been working in this organization since the beginning
as a Treasurer since 2004. He was work in the Lutheran world service as Community Mobilize since 1995 to 2001.
He is also a member of his own organization Satnami Seva Sanity,(SHG) in the Kandetara village.

Post/Dist- Nuapada, Odisha, MA in History In Kallyani University. Technical qualification PGDCA & Graphics & Web Designer.
She joined in this organization in the year 2015 as a General Secretary. She is looking vocational training as well as
computer education program and activities of Self Help Group WSHGS etc.
